Haider Alrubaei
Haider Alrubaei is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Sober Real Estate LLC, where he leads the firm’s brokerage and advisory operations with a strategic vision grounded in international expertise and multidisciplinary insight.
A British citizen and RERA-certified real estate broker in Dubai (BRN 59674), Haider also holds ARLA certification in London and brings over a decade of experience spanning residential sales, off-plan projects, secondary market deals, and leasing transactions. His academic background includes a BSc in Computer Science, an MSc in Business Information Systems, and advanced executive credentials from Columbia Engineering and Emeritus, specialising in project finance and construction management.
Haider’s cross-sector leadership is further demonstrated through direct ownership and operational involvement in a construction firms across the middle east, allowing him to navigate the entire real estate lifecycle—from feasibility and construction to sales and monetization. This hands-on exposure enhances his ability to assess project viability and deliver results aligned with both developer and investor goals.
In the UK, he also serves as Managing Director of Du Cane Group Real Estate and City Prime Group Hotels, overseeing property development, asset management, and boutique hospitality operations.
Known for his disciplined execution, market intelligence, and investor-focused approach, Haider ensures every transaction is handled with transparency, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Under his leadership, Sober Real Estate LLC continues to build a strong reputation as a trusted brokerage partner, recognised for consistent sales performance and long-term value creation across the UAE.
